Unfinished is an independent music and multidisciplinary artistic project created by Igor Stepanović.
The website igorstepanovic.com presents original music, lyrics, visual artwork, recordings, stories and other material connected with the project.
The website is operated by Igor Stepanović as an individual based in the Republic of Serbia.
By using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated, the original music, lyrics, recordings, artwork, photography, videos, written material, visual concepts and other creative content published on this website are owned by Igor Stepanović or used with appropriate permission.

Any currency conversion charges, intermediary bank fees or payment-provider charges may be applied by the relevant financial institutions.
We do not control those external charges.
5. Acknowledgements and Certificates
Supporters may receive a personalised thank-you message and a digital Certificate of Existence.
The Certificate of Existence is an artistic acknowledgement of a contribution to Unfinished.
It is not a financial instrument, legal certificate, investment, proof of ownership or transferable entitlement to the project’s intellectual property.
Certificate numbering and presentation are symbolic elements of the project.
A certificate does not establish an ownership interest in the album, recordings, website or future income.
6. Support Levels and Additional Benefits
Certain support levels may include additional benefits, as described on the support page at the time of contribution.
Where a benefit involves a future deliverable, experience, acknowledgement or other commitment, its scope and any stated conditions will apply.
Benefits are personal unless expressly described as transferable.
The availability of a benefit may depend on information or reasonable cooperation requested from the supporter.
If a promised benefit becomes unavailable, we will communicate with the affected supporter and seek an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.
Supporting Unfinished does not grant editorial control, creative decision-making authority or ownership of the project.
7. Refunds and Payment Issues
Requests concerning mistaken payments, duplicate contributions, refunds or unfulfilled benefits should be directed to [email protected].
Requests will be assessed according to the nature of the payment, any benefits promised, the circumstances of the request and applicable law.
Where statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights apply, those rights are not excluded or restricted by these Terms.
Any voluntary refund arrangements beyond mandatory legal rights will be communicated as appropriate.
Payment-provider dispute procedures may also apply.
8. Project Development and Release
Unfinished is an independent artistic project whose development may involve recording, production, collaboration and other creative work.
Information about planned releases, milestones, formats, performances or other future activities reflects current intentions unless expressly presented as a binding commitment.
Creative and production plans may change.
Such changes do not remove obligations concerning benefits expressly promised to supporters or rights provided by applicable law.
Financial support does not, by itself, guarantee a particular album release date, production outcome or commercial result.
9. Public Credits
Supporters may voluntarily choose to be publicly acknowledged on the Fragments page.
Public credit requires an affirmative selection of the relevant option and submission of the name to be displayed.
Public acknowledgement does not confer ownership, sponsorship rights or any formal association with the project’s management.
We reserve the right to decline names containing unlawful, abusive, impersonating or otherwise inappropriate content.
Supporters may request correction or removal of their displayed names by contacting us.
10. Contact Forms and Communications
Visitors may contact the artist using the website’s contact facilities.
You agree not to use these facilities to transmit spam, malicious content, unlawful material or communications intended to disrupt the website.
Providing an email address for support administration does not automatically subscribe you to optional project updates.
Album progress updates are sent only to visitors who have expressly requested them.
